In 2011, the Wence Family took a chance and opened their first restaurant, Wence’s. Wence’s Restaurant offers a social seafood concept and is also located in Pleasant Hill, California.
Chef Gerardo Wence took his son, Jesus Wence, under his wing and shared with him his passion for food and the restaurant industry. At the age of 18, Jesus furthered his education in the culinary arts. With the support of his family, Jesus transitioned his culinary dream into T’ Z U N U N.
From sip to savor, T’zunun is committed to providing a Modern Mexican culture based dining experience. With an eye for sustainability, T’zunun’s focus on unique, artisan, and local ingredients create trend-setting modern Mexican plates.
